From December 6 to 7, 2025, the 3rd AI Education Symposium of the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI) China was successfully held at Zhongguancun Academy in Beijing. Nearly 200 participants from AI education, research institutions, and primary and secondary schools attended the event to discuss emerging trends and practical approaches in AI education.

At the opening ceremony, Professor Shao Bin, Dean of the Zhongguancun Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, delivered remarks expressing the hope that the seminar would inspire innovation in AI education concepts and methodologies. Ms. Elena Marinova, Chair of the IOAI International Board, addressed the audience via video and acknowledged the contributions of the IOAI China team in academic development and organizational work.
During the event, the AI Education Co-construction Program was officially launched. Several cooperation agreements were signed, including joint development of an AI competition and education platform with DP Technology, co-establishment of an AI laboratory with Galbot, exploration of integrated talent development pathways with Xi’an Jiaotong–Liverpool University, and the establishment of a fast-track for outstanding participants in university applications with the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence. These partnerships aim to enhance collaboration across industry, academia, and education.
The symposium also featured a series of cutting-edge academic presentations, covering the NOAI Organizing Committee and Scientific Committee’s annual summary and 2026 plan, the interpretation of the NOAI academic syllabus, and analysis of recent examination tasks. Experts from Zhongguancun Academy also delivered keynotes on AI frontier applications, and a hands-on workshop was delivered by the DP Technology team for participating teachers.




Through cooperation announcements, academic exchange, and practical training sessions, the symposium built a collaborative and multi-dimensional platform for AI education, contributing to the continued advancement of artificial intelligence education in schools.
