Day 2
Participants explored Haidian’s blend of tradition and innovation, from cultural experiences and visits to Song Qingling Youth Science and Technology Cultural Exchange Center, and Peking University to witnessing cutting-edge technology at Zhongguancun, concluding with a vibrant Gala Dinner celebrating global unity.
Day 3
The third day of IOAI 2025 saw a grand Opening Ceremony filled with energy and unity, followed by the Simulation Phase of the Team Challenge as teams fine-tuned their strategies and robots for the next day’s big tasks.
Day 4
The first round of the Individual Competition unfolded in an intense six-hour marathon, testing participants’ focus, strategic thinking, and innovative skills. Competitors from around the world pushed their limits to deliver exceptional performances. Later in the day, teams reunited for the Real Robot Deployment Phase, where their creations faced real-world challenges, putting teamwork, problem-solving, and technical expertise to the ultimate test.
Day 5
The second six-hour round of the Individual Competition saw participants once again give their all, demonstrating remarkable focus, resilience, and determination. After several demanding days, the evening offered a welcome opportunity to relax and recharge. A lively party in the park brought everyone together to enjoy music, games, and great company — a well-deserved break before the next challenge.
Day 6
Day 6 marked the completion of the competition, with the intense days of challenges now behind us. While the jury reviewed the results, participants had the chance to unwind and explore China’s rich culture and history. Some groups visited the magnificent Summer Palace, while others experienced the legendary Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. It was a day to relax, reflect, and connect beyond the competition.
Day 7
After a week of innovation, teamwork, and intense competition, the long-awaited moment arrived — the winners of the Olympiad were revealed. During the Closing Ceremony, the outstanding achievements of participants from around the world were celebrated. Regardless of the results, every team demonstrated remarkable skill, creativity, and dedication, embodying the true spirit of global collaboration and a shared vision for the future.
