How big is your national AI olympiad?
The biggest national AI olympiad is the Brazilian with 700,000+ registered participants in its 1st round.
Structured into four stages, the Olympiad emphasizes social impact and digital literacy, ultimately selecting four exceptional participants to represent Brazil at the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI).
This initiative is led by three prominent institutions:
EduSpace: An EdTech company managing the competition’s operations and providing the digital platform that powers the Olympiad.
IIA: The Brazilian AI Institute, dedicated to addressing the needs of researchers and the AI scientific community, organizing events and training sessions, and facilitating Brazil’s engagement in international initiatives.
H2IA: The Technology and Innovation Hub at the Federal University of Pelotas, which serves as the Olympiad’s scientific committee.
