We are glad to announce that Serbia has been appointed by the IOAI Board as the IOAI GAITE Hub for the Adriatic region(Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Kosovo, Croatia, Serbia)

The hub will be led by the AI Serbia Association and the Information Technology School (ITS), under the guidance of Dalibor Marinović, President of the IOAI GAITE Adriatic Hub. Together, they will work to build local capacity, connect educators and young talents, and guide countries toward full IOAI participation.

With this designation, the IOAI GAITE network now includes four regional hubs:

Africa – Hub: Rwanda

South & Central America – Hub: Brazil

Asia-Pacific – Joint Hub: China & Japan

Adriatic Region – Hub: Serbia

The IOAI Global AI Talent Empowerment (GAITE) initiative is designed to assist countries and territories with limited International Science Olympiads (ISO) history as they work towards joining the IOAI community on an equal footing.
